Efficient gasoline price drops to 2.058 euros and diesel rises to 2.289 euros

This week, the efficient price of gasoline decreased by 1% to €2.058 per liter, while the price of diesel increased by 1.2% to €2.289, according to ERSE. The efficient price is influenced by international fuel prices, logistics, and taxes. The regulator noted that international quotations led to a 1.8% decrease in gasoline prices and a 2.4% increase in diesel prices. Discounts were recorded at 4.6 cents below the efficient price for gasoline and 7.2 cents below for diesel. Public selling prices were slightly above the efficient price for gasoline and below for diesel, indicating minor deviations.
