President Karol Nawrocki has convened a National Security Council meeting on November 3 to discuss the establishment of a permanent U.S. military base in Poland. The meeting will be confidential and will address current national security issues. Nawrocki previously indicated that Poland is on the verge of implementing the decision for a permanent U.S. military presence. The final decision rests with the U.S., which is currently reviewing its military presence in Europe. Additionally, a missile servicing center for the Patriot systems will be established in Poland, surpassing offers from Germany, Norway, and the Netherlands, ensuring NATO's commitment to Poland's security.
