The prosecutor's office has brought charges against Grzegorz Braun.

On Monday, the Wrocław prosecutor's office made a sixth attempt to present charges against MEP Grzegorz Braun, who appeared before investigators. The investigation involves six offenses, including Braun's intrusion into a hospital and destruction of an equality march photo exhibition. His lawyer stated that Braun was charged with all six offenses and raised objections regarding the proceedings. The European Parliament lifted Braun's immunity on November 13, 2025, after he failed to respond to summonses five times, allegedly obstructing the investigation. On July 14, 2026, the Attorney General submitted a request for Braun's arrest and compulsory attendance, which requires separate approval from the European Parliament.
