PRR: Nearly 15.4 billion paid to beneficiaries by last week

The Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) has disbursed nearly €15.4 billion to beneficiaries, primarily companies, representing 70% of the contracted amount. The latest monitoring report indicates that companies received the largest share, followed by public entities and municipalities. Project approvals total €25.1 billion, with companies again leading in funding. As of last Wednesday, the PRR received over 551,000 applications, with a significant number approved. The plan aims to foster economic recovery and job creation post-COVID-19.
