PSP detected a group with "possible links" to the far-left

The Public Security Police (PSP) reported detecting a group possibly linked to the far-left during a housing crisis protest in Lisbon, where police intervened. The group showed signs of organization and resistance against police actions, including throwing objects. Although the PSP did not confirm formal ties to radical groups, they noted the presence of banners suggesting such connections. President António José Seguro expressed his discontent with the events, while Luís Montenegro praised the police's handling of the situation. The PSP also released a video showing aggression towards officers during the protests.
