Putin ready to talk to Zelensky. The Kremlin sets a condition

Dmitry Peskov announced that Vladimir Putin is open to a phone conversation with Volodymyr Zelensky, but only if the initiative comes from Ukraine. He emphasized that no such call has occurred yet. Putin remains open to dialogue with other leaders, including Emmanuel Macron. Recently, Yuri Ushakov suggested Zelensky could visit Moscow for a meeting, assuring safety conditions for the trip. However, Ukrainian officials, including Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, dismissed these statements, asserting that any future meeting should not take place in Russia or Belarus.
