Radar of 22.2 million for the Air Force

The Portuguese government has authorized the Air Force to acquire a long-range mobile radar system for up to 22.2 million euros to enhance national air defense capabilities. This investment aims to improve surveillance and threat identification in national airspace and strengthen Portugal's participation in NATO's integrated air and missile defense system. Additionally, a resolution was approved to extend the financial execution for the renovation of the Armed Forces Hospital kitchen in Lisbon until 2026, ensuring the completion of the project without increasing the previously approved budget.
