Reform of the attorney application. NRA wants more practice

The National Bar Council is reforming the training framework for legal trainees, focusing on practical skills and flexibility. Changes include more workshops, individual work, and the integration of technology in legal education. The reforms aim to enhance the practical aspect of training, allowing trainees to choose subjects aligned with their career goals. The new program will be implemented starting January 1, 2028, with an emphasis on practical tasks and simulations. The Council is also considering remote specialized courses to better prepare trainees for their future roles as lawyers.
