Record deal for MLP Group. 42,000 sqm for Auto Partner in MLP Bieruń West

MLP Group is expanding its logistics portfolio with a significant leasing agreement with Auto Partner for 42,000 sqm at the MLP Bieruń West park. This new facility will include modern office space and aims to provide 56,300 sqm of logistics space. The project is already 75% leased despite being under construction, indicating strong demand in the region. The partnership with Auto Partner has been ongoing since 2016, and the new site will enhance their distribution capabilities. The facility will be tailored to Auto Partner's needs, featuring specialized storage solutions. Completion is expected by September 2027.
