Renata Cambra. MP has already appealed and defends suspensive effect

The Public Prosecutor's Office has appealed to the Constitutional Court against a Lisbon Administrative Court decision allowing Renata Cambra to set up a tent in Rossio. This appeal is mandatory as the court deemed the interpretation of the 12:30 AM time limit unconstitutional. The court will now determine if the appeal suspends the initial decision, which questions the constitutionality of Article 11 of Decree-Law 406/74.
