The 4iG will hold an extraordinary general meeting on Friday, where they will elect the former CEO of MÁV, who was dismissed after the serious train accident at Keleti, to the board.

4iG is holding an extraordinary general meeting to decide on personnel matters, including the transfer of Pafféri Zoltán to the board from the supervisory board. Pafféri previously served as CEO of MÁV until his resignation following a serious accident. He joined 4iG's supervisory board in May after Böszörményi-Nagy Gergely stepped down. Blénessy László's resignation from the board has prompted this change. Kunosi András is expected to be elected to the supervisory board, bringing experience from various Jászai companies and investment management roles.
