Constitutional reset. What are the proposals, who says "no", with whom "can we talk about solutions"?

The constitutional crisis in Poland's Constitutional Tribunal escalated after the announcement of a break in activities by its president and vice-president. Various political figures discussed proposals for a constitutional reset, with some supporting the idea while others firmly opposed it. Stanisław Tyszka from the Confederation proposed a reset involving the dismissal of current judges and the election of new ones by a supermajority. Waldemar Buda from Development Plus suggested a reset after the next elections. Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz from KO expressed openness to solutions but criticized the reset concept. Conversely, Sebastian Gajewski from the Left rejected the reset, emphasizing adherence to the existing constitution. Ryszard Petru called for a return to previous legislative proposals regarding judge selection. The debate reflects deep divisions among political factions regarding the future of the Tribunal.
