The Duda family invests in Czas na Herbatę. The chain of 109 salons has a new investor
Tea Time Group, part of the Duda Family Foundation, has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire the brand Czas na Herbatę. The investment group includes Krzysztof and Arkadiusz Bajołek and Maciej Zientara, with NextPath Capital facilitating the transaction. Czas na Herbatę, established in 1997, operates 109 stores and is expanding its online sales. The Duda family aims to diversify their investments following the sale of PKM Duda, focusing on established businesses with growth potential. The new investors plan to enhance the retail network and boost e-commerce sales significantly. This acquisition marks NextPath Capital's first investment, targeting mature companies facing succession challenges.
