Romanian intelligence: a fire near the Brașov ammunition factory was caused by a Russian sabotage attempt
A fire near the Carfil ammunition factory in Brașov, Romania, was caused by a sabotage attempt directed from Russia, according to Romanian authorities. Evidence has been gathered against two Belarusian and one Ukrainian citizen, linked to a sabotage network. Two suspects were arrested in Germany, while a third suspect in Poland is subject to an arrest warrant. The Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI) indicated that the network's activities extend beyond Romania, targeting military facilities across Europe. The aim of these actions is to intimidate and weaken defense capabilities. The fire, which occurred on September 14, caused significant damage to nearby businesses and was extinguished after four hours of effort.
