Russia fears Ukrainian attacks. A list of targets has been established.

Russia has established a list of strategic sites to protect against Ukrainian military attacks, according to Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov. Measures are being implemented to reduce threats to critical infrastructure and societal functions. The focus is on enhancing air defense capabilities and creating mobile fire groups. Additionally, a new air defense ring has been set up around President Putin's residence, with over 50 positions established. Reports indicate that Russia is also expanding its infrastructure to increase drone strikes on Ukraine, with a new base being built in the Rostov region to launch more attack drones.
