Russia attacked Kyiv. They struck key facilities

Russia has once again attacked Kyiv's energy infrastructure, causing power outages in four regions. A medical facility was also hit, damaging an operating room. Emergency services are responding to the attacks, and energy sector workers are assessing the damage and restoring power. Traffic disruptions occurred due to the outages, but services were resumed shortly after. This marks a continuation of Russian assaults on critical infrastructure in Ukraine, with previous attacks targeting medical facilities as well.
