Russia announces negotiations with Ukraine and the USA without the participation of Europe
Trilateral negotiations involving Russia, Ukraine, and the USA are set to resume in Abu Dhabi in early November, according to Russian officials. Yuriy Ushakov stated that European countries are not invited to the talks, which aim to address the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The discussions follow a meeting between Vladimir Putin and a special envoy from Donald Trump, although Ushakov cautioned against high expectations for the outcomes. Russia's demands for peace include full control over the Donetsk region and Ukraine's non-NATO status, with significant gaps remaining between the positions of the involved parties.
