Russian drones hit Chornomorsk. Kyiv reports full access to Starlink.
Russia reported drone strikes on the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk and a cargo ship heading to Odesa. Ukraine claimed to have destroyed 101 out of 126 Russian drones since Friday evening. The Ukrainian military also noted 14 drone strikes and debris falls, but damage details remain unclear. A ceasefire is set to begin on October 27 in Olešky, a city suffering from food and water shortages, which Ukraine blames on Russia. In the Samara region, a drone attack reportedly damaged industrial facilities, including a petrochemical plant. Ukraine's Starlink and Starshield systems have reportedly regained functionality at high speeds, following previous restrictions. The ongoing conflict sees Russia occupying about 19% of Ukraine's territory, with trilateral talks scheduled in Abu Dhabi.
