Russia will increase gasoline and diesel production

The Russian government announced an increase in gasoline and diesel production, fulfilling an agreement with the U.S. for fuel supply. The first tanker carrying 40,000 tons of diesel is set to depart for the U.S., with more shipments planned. Russia aims to meet U.S. diesel demand as part of the agreement, which includes exporting over 300,000 tons immediately and potentially up to 3.5 million tons by year-end. This follows measures to stabilize the domestic market after attacks on Russian refineries.
