Russian drone attack injures 9 people, including 2 children

On October 22, a Russian drone attack in Zhytomyr Oblast injured nine individuals, including two children. Regional Governor Vitalii Bunechko condemned the attack as part of Russia's ongoing terror campaign against the area. Two of the injured were hospitalized, but details on their conditions remain unclear. Zhytomyr, a city with over 200,000 residents, has faced repeated assaults on its energy infrastructure recently. In addition, explosions were reported in Lutsk and Poltava Oblast, with damage to homes and power lines but no injuries. Sumy Oblast also experienced a significant drone attack, injuring two people.
