The courier shipment market worth 15 billion PLN

In 2025, courier services handled 1.4 billion shipments, marking a 14.3% increase from the previous year. The courier market was valued at 15 billion PLN, with 74.3% of its value and 61.8% of shipments coming from this segment. Automated postal services gained traction, with 735.3 million shipments processed through them, representing 54.6% of the total. The B2C model dominated, accounting for 84.3% of shipments. Delivery times showed that 96.6% of automated shipments and 92% of courier deliveries were completed by the next business day. The report highlights the growing influence of sales platforms on logistics and delivery organization.
