The MFA spokesman spoke out after the words of the former president. It concerns the note regarding the Constitutional Tribunal.

Former President Andrzej Duda claimed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a diplomatic note regarding the Constitutional Tribunal, which the ministry denied. Ambassador Jakub Kumoch resigned, citing domestic events affecting his mission. Duda stated that Kumoch believed the note was inaccurate and refused to explain it. The ministry's spokesperson, Maciej Wewiór, confirmed no such document existed and criticized Duda's claims. Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister Radosław Sikorski acknowledged Kumoch's resignation as unprofessional and noted that Duda had previously requested to retain certain ambassadors. Another ambassador, Paweł Soloch, also resigned, linking his decision to the Tribunal's situation, amidst a broader crisis involving its leadership.
