Court overturns decision to revoke Ziobro's passport. The reason is an error by officials.

Luiza Jurgiel-Żyła, spokesperson for the Mazovian Voivodeship, stated that the court's decision regarding the annulment of Zbigniew Ziobro's passport was based solely on procedural issues. The legal grounds for the passport's annulment, as per the passport documents law, were not challenged by the court. The office is currently reviewing the ruling and has until November 14 to potentially file a cassation complaint. Ziobro's passport was annulled last December at the request of the National Prosecutor's Office, which accuses him of leading a criminal organization and abusing his position. After the scandal, Ziobro sought refuge in Hungary but later moved to the USA after Hungary revoked his refugee status. The Polish prosecutor's office has requested his extradition, but a Warsaw court denied the European Arrest Warrant due to lack of evidence of his presence in the EU.
