Saudi Aramco considers selling Polish assets. Two scenarios
Saudi Aramco is considering reducing its operations in Poland, with reports confirming plans for potential asset sales. The company has commissioned JPMorgan Chase to explore the market for possible divestitures, including a shortlist of interested buyers. Two main scenarios are being evaluated: exiting the Polish market entirely or selling Aramco Fuels Poland, which reported revenues of 18.2 billion PLN last year. The decision is influenced by new EU regulations related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, as part of a broader asset review estimated at $50 billion.
