The Supreme Court judge announces the arrest of Święczkowski. "Illegal act"

Supreme Court judge Kamil Zaradkiewicz announced that a prosecutor will seek temporary arrest for Constitutional Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski next week. He criticized a planned illegal act by judges he referred to as 'usurpers' aiming to revoke Święczkowski's immunity. Zaradkiewicz also mentioned that Vice President Bartłomiej Sochański might face similar actions. He warned that any court decision to arrest Tribunal judges would constitute a serious legal violation. Waldemar Żurek indicated that the Constitutional Tribunal may soon begin substantive hearings after a general assembly of judges is held.
