Insurance promulgates diploma that alters IRS code

The President of Portugal, António José Seguro, has enacted a law that modifies the Personal Income Tax Code, reducing rates for the first six income brackets. This change, approved by parliament earlier this month, lowers the general tax rates by 0.3 to 0.5 percentage points for these income levels starting in 2026.
