Sergey Lavrov strikes at Poland. "Breaking the rules"
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov criticized Poland's invitation to the G20 meeting, stating it undermines diplomatic principles and offers no substantial contribution. He argued that Poland's economy is not significant enough for participation and that there are already sufficient NATO and EU representatives in the G20. Lavrov noted that the invitation was extended by the U.S. without pressure on Russia and mentioned that Poland is working to secure future invitations from upcoming presidencies. He expressed that he does not expect a positive response from Russia regarding Poland's involvement.
