Sinner will return in 2026 for an exhibition tournament

Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner, who has been sidelined since Wimbledon due to a knee injury, will return to competition at the Six Kings Slam. Initially, he announced he would not compete for the rest of the year to undergo treatment, but he has decided to participate in the exhibition tournament scheduled for December 27-30. Despite not playing since July 12, Sinner remains the ATP ranking leader, although he will soon be overtaken by Alexander Zverev. The Six Kings Slam, featuring six top male tennis players, was postponed from its original October dates due to recent attacks in Saudi Arabia. Sinner has won the tournament in its previous two editions.
