New regulations regarding artificial intelligence systems come into effect on October 28, focusing on complaints, oversight, and penalties. The AI Development and Security Commission will oversee compliance with the EU AI Act and Polish law. Complaints can be submitted electronically or on paper if necessary. Pamela Krzypkowska, chair of the commission, assures that all complaints will be addressed systematically.
