Investigation into the senator's son's procedure. Decision by Minister Żurek

The son of Senator Tomasz Lenz underwent a medical procedure at a hospital in Aleksandrów Kujawski, allegedly without following proper protocols and outside the queue. Investigations by the Bydgoszcz District Prosecutor's Office revealed that the hospital director had communicated with a reporter regarding the case. The senator and the hospital director have been excluded from their political party due to the incident. The prosecutor general emphasized the importance of media freedom and the need to investigate potential violations of civil rights. Two investigations are ongoing: one regarding the procedure's legitimacy and another concerning the disclosure of medical confidentiality.
