SNS 24 already shows if the user has an updated registration

Starting this Thursday, users can check their registration status in the National Health Service (SNS) via the SNS 24 app and portal. This feature allows users to easily verify their registration type in the National User Registry (RNU), which is crucial for primary healthcare enrollment. The RNU now includes five registration types, with 'updated registration' being essential for family doctor assignment. Users with 'in progress' or 'incomplete' registrations must update their information at health units. The ACSS emphasized that non-resident registrations do not affect access to SNS healthcare, although they do not qualify for a family doctor. As of late August, the SNS reported approximately 10.7 million registered users, with 87% coverage for family doctors.
