Only 10 Sumar deputies repeat on the Frente Amplio lists
Only 10 out of 31 Sumar deputies will repeat in the Frente Amplio lists for the upcoming Congress elections. The coalition includes various leftist organizations and will present candidates nationwide, except in Teruel. Notable figures include painter Antonio López, who symbolically closes the Madrid list, and Culture Minister Ernest Urtasun, who is second in Barcelona. Izquierda Unida leads in 29 constituencies, while Sumar only in six. The lists feature returning deputies from various parties, including Verónica Barbero and Enrique Santiago. Podemos will run independently in most regions, collaborating with ERC in some areas. The left coalition aims to strengthen its presence in the Senate after not participating last term.
