Survey "Rz": in the dispute over the Constitutional Tribunal, Poles see no justification either for Nawrocki or for Tusk
The dispute over the Constitutional Tribunal in Poland has intensified, with only three out of eight judges sworn in by the President. The remaining judges, who swore an oath in the Sejm, are not recognized as legitimate by the President and the Tribunal's president, leading to paralysis in the institution. A recent IBRiS survey shows that most Poles believe neither the President nor the Prime Minister is right in this conflict. Supporters of the ruling coalition largely back Tusk, while opposition supporters lean towards Nawrocki. Young voters show a preference for Nawrocki, indicating a desire for a reset of the Tribunal. Many citizens express fatigue with the ongoing conflict, suggesting a potential shift in political dynamics.
