Dispute over Maciej Berek's oath. The court reveals the position of President Nawrocki

Maciej Berek, recently appointed judge of the Constitutional Tribunal, took his oath in the Sejm instead of the Presidential Palace, as he was not invited by President Karol Nawrocki. His oath was deemed invalid by the President's office, stating it does not equate to an oath before the President. Consequently, Berek has not established a judicial relationship with the Tribunal, as confirmed by the Tribunal's spokesperson.
