Dispute over NBP management. Deadline expires on Wednesday
Finance Minister Andrzej Domański expressed the need to address the appointment of new members to the NBP board, as one member's term ends soon. He plans to discuss this with the Prime Minister. Currently, the NBP board has the minimum required six members, and failing to fill the vacancy could hinder the bank's operations. The President has submitted nominations for four candidates, including current RPP members. Additionally, there are ongoing political disputes regarding NBP President Adam Glapiński, who faces allegations that may lead to his impeachment. A vote on this matter is expected in mid-November.
