Attorney Katarzyna Hebda has filed a request for a written justification of the court's ruling regarding Sebastian M., who was sentenced to eight years for causing a fatal accident on the A1 highway. The accident resulted in the deaths of a family of three. Hebda disagrees with the verdict and plans to appeal, asserting that her client did not cause the accident. The court also ordered Sebastian M. to pay 2.5 million PLN in compensation and prohibited him from driving for 15 years. The trial lasted a year, with the incident occurring on September 16, 2023, when Sebastian M.'s BMW collided with a Kia, leading to a tragic fire that killed the family.
