Starlink in Ukraine still limited. Zelensky: Rubio will take care of it

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky acknowledged limited access to Starlink and its military version, Starshield, during a Fox News interview. He expressed hope for resolution with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio's commitment to address the issue. Zelensky confirmed that the U.S. is resuming intelligence sharing with Ukraine, including warnings about ballistic missile attacks. He emphasized that Starlink's limitations hinder Ukraine's defense against Russian assaults. Zelensky proposed a ceasefire based on current front lines, requiring security guarantees from the U.S. and European nations. He insisted on Ukraine's involvement in peace talks, rejecting discussions excluding Ukrainian representation.
