Statali, Tfs senza attese dal 2030 e senza rate dal 2035: il calendario della riforma in nove anni
The Italian government plans to expedite severance payments for public employees retiring at the legal age, starting in 2030. Payments will be made in full by 2035, but this does not apply to those retiring early. The reform aims to address delays highlighted by the Constitutional Court, with a gradual reduction in waiting times leading to no delays by 2030. The first payment will be reduced to nine months for those qualifying in 2027, with further reductions in subsequent years. However, the current installment system will remain until 2035, when full payments will be possible. The government anticipates an additional cost of 4.18 billion euros from 2027 to 2036 due to these changes, impacting the state budget significantly.
