Increasing criticism of the minister Heinen's unconventional actions

Criticism is growing against Finance Minister Eelco Heinen from D66 and CDA for his solitary approach and premature statements. After a meeting with the Christian Union regarding the Tax Plan, Heinen suggested he had a solution for box 3 adjustments, which was met with skepticism from coalition partners. They indicated no agreement had been reached and that Heinen was not speaking on behalf of the entire cabinet. Additionally, Heinen held an unannounced meeting with Gidi Markuszower, a former PVV member, which raised eyebrows among coalition members. This is not the first instance of Heinen's independent actions causing friction, as previous discussions with opposition parties had also led to misunderstandings about agreements. The urgency for a resolution is increasing as negotiations continue.
