Lost chance to convince the old judges of the Constitutional Tribunal. They will not oppose Bogdan Święczkowski.

Following tumultuous events on October 30, Bogdan Święczkowski summoned all former judges of the Constitutional Tribunal to Warsaw. Despite having ten judges currently allowed to rule, two were not invited. Seven judges issued a mild statement regarding the events, calling them illegal but refraining from strong language. This indicates a lack of unconditional support for Święczkowski among the old judges. Financial issues also loom, as the Tribunal's budget is set to zero unless a quorum is reached, which is complicated by boycotts from old judges. The situation raises questions about the legitimacy of future decisions and the functioning of the Tribunal amid ongoing tensions.
