Shooting near Paris. One person is dead, a child is injured

A suspect has been arrested following a shooting spree in Trappes and La Verriere, according to French station BFM. The attacker fired multiple shots from a vehicle and was apprehended in Coignieres. The mayor of Trappes described the incident as seemingly random and aimed at causing mass harm, with a 12-year-old girl among the injured.
