Święczkowski tried again to enter the Constitutional Tribunal. Without success
Newly appointed judges of the Constitutional Tribunal reported for work, except for one on sick leave. Former president Bogdan Święczkowski attempted to enter but was denied access, claiming his position was unchanged. He threatened to work outside the Tribunal if barred. An assembly of judges is scheduled for Tuesday to discuss disciplinary proceedings against Święczkowski and another judge. The Tribunal announced a break in duties for Święczkowski and his deputy, with Anna Korwin-Piotrowska now leading the Tribunal.
