The president of AOTMiT, Rutkowski, resigned amid an upcoming election year, citing the political challenges ahead. His resignation was confirmed by the Ministry of Health, effective October 31, with Przemysław Rzodkiewicz taking over. Rutkowski previously expressed indifference towards salary data for medical professionals, stating he was more interested in a football match. He led AOTMiT since March 2024 and had a background in health service organization and financing.
