Head of GDDKiA branch arrested. He faces 7 charges

The head of the Wrocław branch of GDDKiA, Waldemar W., has been detained on charges of exceeding authority related to procurement procedures and document forgery, as well as retaliating against whistleblowers. He has denied the allegations and is currently under police supervision. Waldemar W. has been suspended from his duties and is not performing any official tasks or receiving a salary, although he has not been formally dismissed from his position. The central office of GDDKiA is expected to comment on the situation soon.
