Will they dismantle and sell it? Something must be done about the Libris that has fallen on the state's neck.

Libri, Hungary's leading bookstore chain, has been under the influence of the NER since its acquisition by Mathias Corvinus Collegium. Despite concerns about political and ideological distortions in the market, Libri has maintained its commitment to quality literature. The company reported a revenue of 37.6 billion HUF in 2025, controlling about half of the market, although exact figures are debated. The Hungarian Publishers and Distributors Association estimates the total market volume at around 74 billion HUF for 2025, indicating Libri's significant market share.
