Filip Zięba, deputy director of TPN, stated that the incident is under investigation, including reviewing surveillance footage. He emphasized that this behavior reflects a broader issue of wild animals becoming accustomed to human presence, often due to repeated interactions with tourists. Such conditioning can lead to dangerous situations for both the animals and visitors. TPN is monitoring the deer and attempting to deter it from approaching humans, but the effectiveness of these measures is still uncertain. The park urges tourists not to feed or approach wild animals and to report inappropriate behaviors safely.
