A stray meteor lit up the sky at Hungary's border

A bright fireball appeared over Croatia near the Hungarian border at 1:46 AM, caused by a meteoroid entering the atmosphere. The meteoroid burned up due to friction at an altitude of about 85 kilometers, completely disintegrating at around 27 kilometers. Although it could be associated with the Orionids meteor shower, it is likely an isolated meteoroid.
