Judge María Tardón is investigating the potential presence of Moroccan warships in Spanish waters near Ceuta during a specific timeframe. She has requested information from the Ministry of Defense regarding any military vessels' entry or presence in these waters. Tardón noted that there is currently no evidence linking Moroccan naval units to the irregular migration incidents that prompted the investigation. She has also asked if any actions were taken by the Spanish Navy in response to this potential intrusion and if there are recordings of Moroccan ships in the area. Additionally, she inquires about any further incursions since August 10.
