The Pallas Athéné real estate company is looking for a partner in Warsaw

The Hungarian central bank's real estate company, GTC, is negotiating with over ten potential strategic partners. This comes after the arrest of former central bank governor György Matolcsy, during whose tenure the foundation lost over 200 billion HUF in public funds. The foundation holds a 62.6% stake in GTC, which has seen a significant drop in stock value, contributing to its losses. Despite this, GTC possesses valuable commercial properties in the region, including the recently completed third phase of the CenterPoint project, offering 70,000 square meters of leasable space.
