Interest rate on new mortgage contracts rises to 2.959% in September

In September, the implicit interest rate for housing credit contracts rose to 3.194%, with new contracts seeing a significant increase to 2.959%. The average monthly payment also increased to 423 euros, reflecting a rise from the previous month and the same period last year.
